The eLearning HTML5 & XHTML editor (eXeLearning) is a web-based authoring environment designed to assist teachers and academics in the design, development and publishing of web-based learning and teaching materials without the need to become proficient in HTML, XML or complicated web-publishing applications.

Xerte is an Open Source content creation tool that allows non-technical staff to quickly and easily build rich, interactive and engaging resources. This training session is an introduction to Xerte and is designed to enable users with no prior experience of Xerte to create simple learning objects for publishing on Moodle or the web.
